Description

The Vans Sk8-Hi Mastermind `White` introduces a reinterpretation of the traditional skateboard shoe. A monochromatic off-white color scheme is applied to the mixed material construction, highlighted by an asymmetrical combination of leather, fabric and suede. The side features a zipper, long eyelets, and a side leather strip with exposed zigzag stitching. A perforated side stripe is accompanied by Mastermind’s signature skull and crossbones graphic on the medial side. The elevated upper sits atop a deconstructed midsole, which features exaggerated proportions and misaligned details. Underfoot, Vans’ signature checkerboard pattern highlights the translucent rubber outsole.
